To do this in MiniLyrics, hit View-> Preferences-> Lyrics -> Lyrics Download -> Save Lyrics in: and specify the folder that foobar2000 looks for stored lyrics. lrc files, the next time you play the song, you will have lyrics show up in the Lyrics Panel. This will ensure that after MiniLyrics saves. Open MiniLyrics and make sure that the folder it's saving lyrics to is the same folder that Lyrics Panel is going to look for lyrics.
